We handle residential refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and ovens. Service availability depends on the brand, model and issue. We do not service wine chillers, beverage coolers or small refrigerators. Gas and sealed-system work must be confirmed before booking.
Can you help with a warranty repair?
We perform warranty work for Whirlpool, Samsung, Electrolux and Midea, plus LG in Prince Albert. Please contact your manufacturer first if they require a service dispatch. Have your model, serial number and proof of purchase available. Warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer.
How much will my repair cost?
Contact us for the current diagnostic charge and any travel fees. Repair costs depend on the diagnosis, labour and parts required. We confirm the proposed charges before proceeding. Manufacturer-approved warranty work follows the applicable coverage terms.
What should I have ready?
Your address, contact number, appliance brand, model and serial number, a description of the issue, and any error codes. For warranty requests, include your dispatch or claim number if available. Please provide clear access to the appliance.
Does a service request confirm my appointment?
No. A request starts the conversation. We’ll confirm service eligibility, availability and an appointment time directly with you. Please call for time-sensitive issues.
Do you repair commercial or gas appliances?
Our focus is residential appliance service. Please contact us before requesting commercial, gas or refrigerator sealed-system work so we can confirm whether the specific job can be accepted.
