Common reasons to call
Cooling problems, leaks, unusual noises and other everyday refrigerator issues. We assess the appliance to identify the cause before recommending a repair.
- Fresh-food compartment or freezer not cooling as expected
- Water leaks, drainage concerns or frost buildup
- Unusual noises and temperature fluctuations
- Ice maker or water dispenser concerns, subject to model and parts availability
Before your service visit
Keep the doors closed as much as possible while arranging service. Note any error code and photograph the model and serial label. If there is a leak, keep people away from wet electrical areas. Do not remove covers or attempt work on the refrigerant system.
Confirm your service scope
We service residential refrigerators. Wine chillers, beverage coolers and small refrigerators are outside our current service scope. Refrigerator sealed-system repairs require confirmation before we accept the booking.
Repair costs and warranty service
Ask about the current diagnostic charge and any travel fees when you contact us. The final repair depends on the diagnosis, labour and parts. We explain the proposed charges before proceeding, so you can decide whether the repair makes sense for your appliance.
If you have manufacturer coverage, contact the manufacturer first when a dispatch is required. Have your proof of purchase and claim or dispatch number available. Coverage is determined by the manufacturer.
